What airport do I fly into? 

We recommend you fly into SJO Airport. You will then need to book a separate flight on Cost Rica Green Airways to Cobano Airport. We will arrange transportation from Cobano Airport to the villa. 

We will be arriving at SJO on March 19th and staying at the San Jose Marriott hotel that night. We will then be flying to Cobano Airport on the morning of March 20th. We have found that this is the easiest way to navigate these flights since Costa Rica Airways has limited flights. We can help arrange the night zero hotel if needed.

What meals are included? 

All meals are included. 

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack every day. 

You can purchase any additional snacks, ice cream, smoothies etc that you want. This cost will be added to your room and paid at checkout. 

Are there payment plans? 

Yes! A deposit of $1000 per person is needed to secure your room. 

Half the remaining balance will be due in September 2026 and the remaining balance due January 2027. 

We are willing to accomodate longer payment plans at request. 

You also can pay in full if you prefer.  

Are the excursions included? 

No. Excursions are not included in the cost of the room. 

Surf lessons:  $70 + tax which includes the board
Tortuga Island Snorkeling Boat Tour: $85
Bioluminescence Boat Trip: $80 

How do I book my room? 

Choose the room you would like to book and fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page. Just drop us a note letting us know what room you would like to reserve and we will be in touch within 24 hours with a link to pay your deposit. 

Please note - requesting a room does not lock in your reservation, making your deposit does. 

When are payments due? 

$1000 per person is due at booking in order to reserve your room and spot on the trip. 

Half the remaining deposit is due in September 2026. The remaining half is due in January 2027. 

What if my plans change & I can no longer attend? 

All sales are final. We highly advise that you invest in trip insurance.  

What travel info do I need to know? 

You must have a valid passport (if your passport is set to expire within 6 months of the trip- please check to make sure your passport is considered valid).
